I strive to offer my guests the Highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color,
please let me know within 7 days of your visit, so I can schedule a complimentary adjustment.
The adjustment policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after 7 days.
I stand firmly behind all of our products and hope that you will love them as much as I do!
Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products that you purchased I will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Gift Certificates/Package Deals are non-refundable.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Check for payment of services and products. If for some reason your check is returned unpaid, a $30 fee will be assessed and you will be unable to book future appointments until resolved.
Future Appointments and Cancellation
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests I Kindly request that if you find that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done 48 hours in advance. Should you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a $15 fee will be assessed to each service canceled. Running late to an appointment there will be a $10 fee for every 15 minutes that you are late. If you no show- no call on your appointment, a $25 fee will be assessed to each service booked during that appointment. In order to book another appointments fees must be paid in advance.
Children are permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service.
We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of other guests.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Tipping is left to the discretion of clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
The industry average is 15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers.

As a courtesy you will receive an text/email the day you book as well as 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. This is a courtesy to my clients, however you are responsible for remembering your appointment date and time. Also please update your contact information if it changes, to avoid missed appointments, which could cause a late fee or no show fee to be applied.
New Studio Salon Suite Rule
As a courtesy, I ask that you please do not bring friends or family with you to your appointment.
If you do have to have someone occupany you that will be asked to sit out in the waiting area by the front door. Please be aware that area is shared with other studio salon suite owners and may not always be available.
